Rosemount™ X-STREAM Enhanced XEGP
The X-STREAM Enhanced XEGP general purpose continuous gasanalyzer measures up to five components simultaneously in various combinations. Its versatile design allows physical benches to be installed in their own compartment, separate from the electronics and comes in a 19 inch rack mount or table top enclosure.
Rosemount™ MLT1 Continuous Gas Analyzer
The compact MLT1 multi-component gas analyzer can measure up to five gas components as a stand-alone analyzer, a system control analyzer with front panel display and keypad or as an analyzer module. The MLT provides greater installation flexibility and can be configured as a single stand-alone analyzer or as a central interface for multiple analyzer modules with a network board (LON). In addition, it uses FOUNDATION™ Fieldbus communications and has a built in PLC and calculator functionality.
Rosemount™ 700XA Process Gas Chromatograph
The Rosemount™ 700XA process gas chromatograph provides extended analysis for extreme conditions. The 700XA offers increased analytical capacity, reliability, and maintainability, combined with a wide range of analysis options in a field-mount gas chromatograph. With a redesigned, single-cast enclosure, the 700XA offers an efficient use of open space to accommodate both micropacked and capillary columns, as many as four 10-port valves, a rotary valve for liquid injections, up to two thermal conductivity detectors, and an optional micro flame ionization detector (?FID). With a significant reduction in internal cabling used within, the 700XA allows maximum access to valves and internal components, making maintenance quick and easy.
Rosemount™ 6100 Flow Control Module
The 6100 Flow Control Module is a convenient means to properly control the sample and calibration gas flow rate through the analyzer. The 6100 Flow Control Module includes a bypass flowmeter with a needle valve to minimize the sample transport time. The flexible design makes the flow control module suitable for 1 to 4 analyzers.
Rosemount™ 6200 Pressure Regulating System
Many analytical methods are very sensitive to fluctation in sample pressure. With the pressure regulating system, we are able to eliminate the inaccuracy in the analyzer reading caused by fluctuating sample pressure. The 6200 Pressure Regulating System can be used as a stand-alone system or it can also be used in conjunction with other Rosemount Analytical sample system modules.
Rosemount™ 6300 Heated Sample Gas Conditioning System
Many gas analyzers are operated at elevated temperatures to eliminate condensation of the sample stream. The 6300 Heated Sample Gas Conditioning System is used for wet measurements, wherein moisture or other condensable compounds are maintained in gas phase.
Rosemount™ 6500 Multi-Purpose Sample Gas Conditioning
The 6500 Multi-Purpose Sample Gas Conditioning System delivers a representative, clean and dry sample to the analyzer in a cost effective method. Normally, 80% of the analyzer system problems are attributed to inadequate sample system components and design. Today, most companies are operating with limited resources for design and maintenance of the sample system. The 6500 incorporates the highest quality components and flexibility in design for reliable and trouble-free operation.
Rosemount™ SP 110 Gas Sampling Probes
The SP 110 Gas Sampling Probe from Rosemount Analytical extracts a representative sample from a gas stream for analysis. The probe" s external filter reduces particulate in the sample, virtually eliminating blockage of the heated sample line. An optional backpurge feature is designed to rapidly and simply clean the filter, reducing on-stack maintenance.
